| 01/01/1990 to 01/01/2099 |  Hosted by Jeff Apaka, Sunday evenings bring together locals and visitors on the lawn at Waikiki Beach Walk to relax and enjoy the sounds and songs of talented island artists.
From Hawaiian and jazz, to local island folk songs, contemporary and R&B, the Sunday Showcase concerts are held weekly from 5:00-6:00 pm on the Plaza Stage at Waikiki Beach Walk.

 |  | | Ku Ha'aheo Hula Performances on Tuesdays
| 01/01/1990 to 01/01/2099 |  Kumu hula and entertainer Blaine Kamalani Kia brings the music and dance of the islands to life at Waikiki Beach Walk every Tuesday evening from 4:30 to 6:00 pm, with Ku Ha'aheo, "to Cherish With Pride."
The weekly performance features both adult and keiki (children) hula dancers who share their love of the islands through song and dance.
Valet parking for up to four hours is available for $6.00 at the Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach Walk (201 Beachwalk) and the Wyndham Vacation Ownership-Waikiki Beach Walk (227 Lewers Street), with any same-day purchase from any Waikiki Beach Walk merchant.

 |  | | HIFF 2010 Call For Entries for Film Festival
| 12/23/2009 to 03/19/2010 |  We have opened our Call For Entries season for the 2010 Hawaii International Film Festival. For complete details, see our Call For Entries page. Our early deadline is March 1st, 2010. Until then, the fee to submit your film to HIFF is $40 for features, and $30 for shorts. You can either submit your film through Withoutabox.com or directly on the HIFF website.
The final deadline for all features and short films is July 8, 2010. Submitted films must be in the HIFF office by this date. The deadline for students under 18 (high school and younger) is August 1st, 2010.

| 03/12/2010 to 03/14/2010 |  The Festival's theme, "Pacific Harmony," reflects the Foundation's vision to share the many cultures of the Pacific region with the people of Hawaii and those visiting from all over the world.
The Honolulu Festival Foundation is very excited to announce its sub theme for the 16th Annual Honolulu Festival, "Discovery through Traditions."
The Honolulu Festival was initiated in 1995 to help promote cultural understanding and harmony between the people of Hawaii and Asia-Pacific. The Honolulu Festival is supported by the Honolulu Festival Foundation, a non-profit organization formed in 2000 to administer Festival activities and perpetuate the cultures, customs and traditions of Asians and Pacific Islanders through community outreach and charitable efforts.
