Head west to KAPOLEI for family- friendly entertainment. There are plenty of options to keep keiki (children) entertained that don’t involve on-demand movies or a third round of shave ice. From education to adrenaline-fidlled activities, THE SECOND CITY OF O‘AHU has it covered. Have some lively, calorie-burning fun at CORAL CRATER ADVENTURE PARK. Work up a sweat at the park’s Adventure Tower Climbing Wall, or get off the ground at a 50-foot giant pendulum swing. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, try the Aerial Challenge Course. A second option is to check out the new waterfront recreation and lifestyle venue WAI KAI in ‘Ewa Beach — just a 35-minute drive from Honolulu.
